Running for a (good) cause
We are so proud to support our sales executive, Oliver Fox, in his attempt to run the London marathon on 23rd April 2023.
Oliver will run under the colours of Orbis International, a small UK charity who effectively fly around the world in a converted cargo plain to operate on people with curable eye conditions (usually these people would live with blindness for the rest of their lives).
Importantly Orbis International don’t just carry out these procedures but also train surgeons and eye specialists to execute these operations in areas such as Ethiopia and Uganda. In fact they have travelled to 95 countries to provide care and training.
